Total Care Consulting in action

One of the first things we do for you as a TCC client is to set up Google Analytics for your website. Google Analytics is a free service that provides invaluable information on how visitors are using your site. Straight away, you’ll have access to a huge amount of data on how effective your website is at attracting visitors and capturing their attention. KSO IT Consulting then reviews this data and turns it into information that you can use to make good decisions about how to improve your website.

KSO IT Consulting, as part of the TCC program, provides you with hosting services. There is nothing worse than losing all your hard work to a hard disk failure, or worse, a malicious hacker attack. So as an integral part of the hosting service we include regular backups of your data, including all the website files and MySQL databases. These backups are stored in three separate locations: on our local staging server, on an external device and securely offsite. Except in the case of total nuclear war we guarantee that we can restore your website to its former glory.
